Suspect Was it caused by a crime?   Did you see suspicious activityIf So:

Location now or where you saw him go

...two men in early 20s drove off as I approached.  Both had short, dark hair. One had a beard and was wearing a black leather jacket, dirty t-shirt, and jeans, The other had a mustache, denim jacket and brown pants. Car was a red '97 Taurus license TB465, Florida.  Headed south on 1st Ave."

Answer Dispatcher questions as clearly as possible!

OPTIONAL things you can do to help: 

    1) Identify yourself by name when you call in

    2) Call 911 with updates if situation changes

    3) Wait for arrival of police or emergency crews... especially if the fire is not obvious.
